Spring Service Checkup
1. Clean and calibrate the thermostat
2. Test and record 11 additional safety controls on gas heating systems
3. Clean or replace air filter
4. Clean the indoor blower assembly, which includes the blower wheel
5. Test and clean the motors (indoor and out)
6. Test and record all voltage on motors
7. Test and record all amperages on motors
8. Test and examine all controls on unit
9. Lubricate all moving parts on the unit
10. Tighten or adjust all belts and pulleys
11. Cycle the complete system (ac & heating as well as fan operation)
12. Examine and tighten all electrical connections
13. Clean and treat condensate drain line
14. Clean and treat condensate pump
15. Examine duct condition (if requested)
16. Test and record indoor air temperatures
17. Test and record indoor temperature split in cooling mode
18. Test and record refrigerant pressures (high and low side)
19. Tighten all refrigerant caps
20. Test and record superheat and sub cooling for peak performance
21. Chemically clean condenser coil on outdoor unit
22. Remove any trash or debris from unit
23. Test all safety controls
24. Visually inspect coils and copper tubing for refrigerant leaks where accessible
25. Examine and tighten all electrical connections at disconnect
